Join Our Free Community Run

On the last Friday of each month, we host a Free Community Run to bring people together for a fun morning, filled with helpful running tips and exciting prizes.

Kids 2km practice run

This free, non-competitive session will give kids the chance to get a feel for running 2km in a fun and supportive environment. 

Sponsors and media are warmly invited to attend to capture the energy and enthusiasm of the next generation of runners.

Due to a cycle event, we have moved the Kids 2km Practice Run to Dalton Park, meeting at the North West corner.
 
Parking is available at the North Dalton Park Car Park, Thomas Dalton Park Car Park or the surrounding streets: Holder St, Dixon St and Storey St. 

Fast & Fun 5km

The distance of our Free Community Fun Run is 5km, making this club accessible to a range of running abilities.

Absolutely! The 5k course is perfect for all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner.

Comfortable running gear, a water bottle, and a yoga mat if you’re staying for the yoga class.
