On the last Friday of each month, we host a Free Community Run to bring people together for a fun morning, filled with helpful running tips and exciting prizes.
This free, non-competitive session will give kids the chance to get a feel for running 2km in a fun and supportive environment.
Sponsors and media are warmly invited to attend to capture the energy and enthusiasm of the next generation of runners.
